Spiral conveyor

Overview 

The Spiral conveyor adopts stainless steel chain mesh circulating around a circular track, which is widely used in the quick-freezing industry. it is designed for quick-freezing and shaping of food products. It supports food manufacturers in carrying out continuous flash freezing according to their production requirements. It It is available in single spiral and twin spiral versions based on output capacity and site space.

Applications

This machine can be used for quick-freezing and shaping of frozen dumplings, wontons, fried dough sticks, steamed buns, steamed stuffed buns, oil cakes, glutinous rice balls, fruits and vegetables. Equipment selection depends on the material, target output, processing method and production layout.
